Change To New User Permissions

Hi All,

I’ve just edited the site permissions a bit. The posts of newly-registered users will now be sent to the moderation queue before being visible to rest of the forum. Spam has been a big problem here for quite some time, and hopefully this will make things a bit less cluttered.

Once a user has proven that they are, in fact, interested in the ospid and not xbox, cash-for-gold, etc, they will be free to make posts without moderation.

If this forum is still alive I would appreciate approving my posts, I believe I have 2 or 3 waiting for approval from the admin.
If you are going to force moderate users (and I understand the reason) then you need to approve in a timely manner.
I had two posts on the same day and one got approved and not the other and since I’ve posted 2 more plus this one.
