Hi,
Recently I updated the firmware of my Blackstar ID:15 TVP amplifier to version 1.5.3 using version 1.8.1 of the Blackstar insider software. After updating the firmware the insider software said that another update was available so I tried to update to the latest firmware, however the insider software is staying on the upgrading amplifier firmware screen. As a result my amplifier isn’t playing any sound, Is there anyone who can help me with this problem?
Please help.
