    Hi all,

    I got my kit in the mail yesterday and I’m ready to put it together. I was attracted to this device to be a Sous-vide controller. So what are other people doing to get a running setup? Do you have any recommendations for heating elements or sensors?

    Where should I go from here?

    Well, I ordered all the parts listed on the one example linked to from another thread: http://www.unmaintained.com/index.php/ospid-sous-vide-open-source-high-tech-cooking-on-a-budget/

    When the parts arrive, I will try to set it up and give it a test!

    I am using a rice cooker to do sous vide cooking– it easily gets up to the 65 degrees c needed.
