    Hey,
    in this topic I will show you, how to add an internal SSR into the osPID.
    I choosed the crydom CX240D5 with 5A 240VAC and 5V input.
    Originaly only relay K2 is installed on the output card, the SSR will then be relay K1.

    1. Smooth the pins of relay2 and scrap of the blue coating as shown at the picture.

    2. At the SSR bend down pin1 90°and pin2 ~45°.

    3. Place the SSR on the back side of the PCB and solder it as shown at picture.

    The jumper has to be in position “Relay”.
    Enable “DIGITAL OUTPUT” in CONFIG of the osPID-Frontend.
    So the SSR can be used without changes in the firmware.
